The Richmond City Health District (RCHD) had an amazing impact upon local communities with its Healthy Corner Store Initiative. In this project, I collaborated with RCHD to create a one-fold brochure with a double-sided insert that offer more information about the initiative to members of the impacted communities, as well other interested parties.

The folded brochure contains static information that won't require change soon, while the insert (based upon community questions and survey responses) was designed to be updated as frequently as every quarter.
